1. appointments & cancellations

  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Late Arrivals: We will do our best to accommodate you, but anything over 20 minutes late will result in a shorter appointment and/or possible rescheduling.  

2. consultations & medical disclosure

  • Before any treatment, patients must complete a health questionnaire that includes the disclosure of their medical history, medications, allergies and any previous cosmetic procedures.  
  • Before any treatment, you’ll be required to sign consents and are subject to before and after pictures.  

3. payment & pricing

  • Full payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • Prices, packages, and promotions are subject to change.

4. refunds, returns & exchanges

  • Some services are non-refundable once performed.

5. treatment expectations & results

  • Individual results vary. We do not guarantee a specific outcome.
  • Multiple sessions may be needed for best results.
  • Follow-up appointments or touch-ups may be recommended.

6. client behavior & safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe or disrespectful manner.
  • For everyone’s safety, we may require a parent/guardian for minors.
